This comes up almost exclusively with assembled documents: a submission built from a form, three annexures and a set of scans, where the pieces came from different places and none of them knows what page it sits on in the final document. How to do it, step by step
- 1Finish assembling the document first. Adding numbers before a merge means renumbering afterwards.
